The manifold has an improved pipe routing.
With the standard manifold, the first cylinder runs into the second and then together with the remaining two, which means that the second cylinder has almost no duct length, resulting in poor flow behavior and high exhaust back pressure.
With dbilas manifold, all cylinders have a duct and each duct also runs individually into the turbine. The wall thickness is optimized to minimize distortion.
