Our claim is to satisfy vehicle operators - and thus our target group - to the highest degree. We produce our own developments to the highest quality standards, on site in Rödermark, Hesse.

Our FlowMaster kits are designed to make optimum use of fresh air. The aim is therefore to supply only oxygen-rich fresh air to the engine, which is why the flowpipe is fitted in such a way that no used warm air can be drawn in from the engine compartment. In addition to the resulting increase in power and better responsiveness, there are other advantages:

The FlowMaster Kit housings are made of powder-coated aluminium. The supplied vehicle-specific brackets made of stainless steel ensure easy installation.

The dbilas dynamic Flowtec - intake manifolds have been developed using the latest computer technology and use the vibrations generated by the intake cylinders to create an after-charging effect. These vibrations improve cylinder filling in the lower and upper speed ranges, resulting in a smooth torque curve. Optimised with these intake manifolds, the engines meet the expectations of sport-oriented drivers without negatively affecting the standard good torque.

This is possible because the intake manifold lengths and cross-sections have been specially adapted to Opel's 16V engines. In addition, the inside of the intake manifolds has a special slightly roughened surface that creates a slight turbulence, which in turn leads to better mixing of the fuel with the intake air. Furthermore, during development, emphasis was also placed on a sporty design, so that it is also a visual treat. In addition, the engine management is also intervened in order to adjust the fuel-air ratio, but also the ignition timing depending on the revs and load. The intake manifold kits harmonise perfectly with Opel's state-of-the-art engine management system. This makes it possible, as before, to have the vehicle diagnosed and serviced by the Opel dealer. For this reason, the vehicle also remains completely suitable for everyday use. The engines comply with the latest emission regulations, which has also been confirmed by the German TÜV. The CO2 emission measured over the exhaust cycle is in the same order of magnitude as in series production as well, which shows that the fuel consumption is not higher than in a series production vehicle, so the environment is not burdened more either.
All FLOWTEC intake manifolds are supplied pre-assembled ready for installation, with installation instructions and include the necessary small parts.
