Turbocharger upgrade
We offer here the conversion of the Golf 7 GTI turbocharger IS20 to our db450 upgrade
turbocharger for power up to a maximum of 450 HP.
We use there a new hull assembly with reinforced bearings.
Charge pressures up to 2 bar are no longer a problem.
Price 1 = for delivery of a used turbocharger
(Conversion of an IS20 turbocharger delivered by you, used, also possible with damage)
Only used and defective IS20 Golf 7 GTI turbochargers can be considered for this conversion,
without cracks on the wastegate.
Price 3 = a new optimised turbocharger without trade-in.
Rebuild data:
- Disassembly, cleaning
- Machining of compressor housing, gap optimised-
- Conversion to completely new compressor housing with optimised axial bearings
- larger milled extended tip compressor wheel
- Adaptation of exhaust housing
- Conversion to larger high-flow turbine
Accessories:
- larger dbilas turbocharger inlet
- larger dbilas turbocharger outlet with silencer omitted.
Conversion time is 7-10 working days.
